I bought this mostly for cleaning my G35 without getting gunk on the front of the glass, but I also want to practice with the front cover occluded too. Very solid piece. Makes a 507 comp about the size of a Pro Max when installed FYI.
My EPS Carry is durable, reliable, and Holosun has good customer support, but I’d still rather not go through the hassle of replacing or repairing it. This guard snaps on securely, adds some extra protection, and looks good. I’m running it on a Staccato HD P4 with a Dawson Precision plate, and there’s still plenty of clearance between the rear sight and the guard. I'd highly recommend it.
The cover and ARD are very easy to install. They look awesome and are well made. I would recommend these products to anyone. I will be ordering more for the other optics I own. Fantastic company to do business with.
I haven’t taken it to the range yet but as soon as I put it on, I knew it was a quality product that was going to totally protect my optic. It looks awesome too!
So far so good. Can see perfectly through it. Haven’t had a operatunitu to shoot outside yet but seems to be what I needed.
Great holder! I use it all the time! Thanks for the gift!
Expected it to come with some kind of clear protection for the glass…i mean thats the part that needs the most protection you would think.

You pay your money, now protect your investment. While being great protection, they are maliable enough that all the controls are functional and plainly marked.
You have to be careful which adapter plates are utilized and ma impede fit.
A very good product.
Very glad that the Osight C was added to the OpticGard line. I recently put an Osight C on an AR as a secondary optic in the canted position and this is exactly what I needed for bump and scrape protection. The buttons are clicky and easy to access. Envelops the battery door and adds overall water resistance. These protective covers are good investments and are molded for a perfect fit. You wouldn't use your expensive phone without a case, so you should protect your expensive optics as well.
I'm glad there's a company that offers optic covers and specifically for the Osight SE. It adds a layer of protection and I have peace of mind in case I ever drop my firearm. The fit is good and it does exactly what it's supposed to do.
My only suggestion would be to offer a finish that more closely matches the color and texture of a typical firearm slide. The current finish looks a bit more like plastic than metal. A closer color match would make it look even more premium.
Other than that, it's a great product and I'm happy with the purchase.
Reliable as advertised! Doesnt interfere with the dot! Protects the optic while still maintaining clarity!
nice tight fit on my Holosun 510C, the glare lens doesn't interfere with dot or seeing target
The anti-reflective lens cover for the O-Sight SE green dot sight works well. It easy to see through and keeps the glass from reflecting. It’s also easy to acquire your target with it installed in the OpticGard on the O-Sight SE green dot optic on my Smith & Wesson CSX 9mm.
Does everything it’s supposed to do. I was scuffing mine up everyday duty carry and it make it look slit better and truly protects it without being bulky. I’d buy again and again.
I have OpticGard covers on all my red dot sights. This last purchase was for a Delta Point that is mounted on an AR style 9mm rifle for home defense. When stored in the safe, or kept at the ready, that sight is mounted high enough to co-witness the backup sights. That makes it more vulnerable to knocks and dings. The cover is excellent protection for storing or transport, but keeps the sights ready for use. Great products!
